Ruuvoo is a digital financial services platform that may provide users with access to services including, but not limited to: digital asset-related transactions, gift card exchange and related services, bill payment services, cross-border gifting and related value-transfer services, and other financial or digital commerce services made available from time to time.

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Ruuvoo may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, software, text, graphics, and other materials associated with Ruuvoo are owned by or licensed to Ruuvoo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or your account poses a fraud, compliance, legal, or security risk.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruuvoo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruuvoo from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction(s) where Ruuvoo lawfully operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after such updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
